The Glen Dimplex Precision Cooling division brings together international know how and expertise in the development and production of high precision and sustainable cooling solutions for machines and processes, as well as energy efficient solutions for commercial and industrial applications.
On 1st November the Glen Dimplex Group announce d the official acquisition of Hyfra Industriekühlanlagen GmbH. For the past 26 years, Hyfra has been an independent brand of the Lennox International Group, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Under the leadership of the US group, Hyfra has achieved a global market presence, serving customers in over 50 countries.
This is the third acquisition by the Glen Dimplex Group in the last 18 months. Recently, Glen Dimplex acquired Scandinavian electric heater supplier Adax and made a strategic investment in India based precision cooling company Werner Finley.
